We are living in the age of constant changing technologies, from analog to digital, from standard definition to high definition video and audio, from S-Video, YUV, VGA to SDI, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. While the legacy equipment is still in service, the new equipment is merging in. The ProAV, digital Signage, Studio and Home Theater industries have been screaming for a cost effective solution to simplify the integration of different digital and analog signals into a single platform that supports HDCP, is easy to scale, configure and install.
In the ProAV, Digital Signage, Studio and Home Theater industrial, there are three major types of cable suitable for high definition video and audio transmitting: Coax, UTP and Fiber.
Infinity ProAV’s HD-MaxTM series include the UTP, Coax and Fiber three families. Each of the families comprises Transmitters, Receivers, Distribution-Amps and Matrix Switches provide the uniformed distribution platform to distribute lossless high-definition video and audio among different sources and displays width control signals like RS-232 and IR. When combined together, any type of video source can be connected to any type of displays, such as HDMI, DVI, VGA, YUV and SDI. The transmitters convert different input video and audio into uniformed proprietary format and receivers convert the uniformed proprietary video and audio into proper format best for the attached display.
Unlike the distribution equipment based on IP streaming technologies that is highly compressed and delayed, or based on un-processed technologies that is very unreliable, depends on the cable used, how the cable is installed, how the system is grounded and the type of video source and display, Infinity ProAV’s innovated video processing engine (PixelEngine) analyze every pixel from video source to remove the redundant pixels. Instead of compressing the details out of the video to fit in very narrow about 5Mbps bandwidth, like the H.264, the PixelEngine preserves all the details and provide the bandwidth up to 3Gbps that contains about 1000 times more information than the IP stream video. The PixelEngine also utilizes the advanced digital signal process, including adaptive digital equalization, error correction, trellis modulation and other proprietary technologies to enable the distribution of uncompressed high definition video audio over Coax, UTP and Fiber reliably.
Features:
Mix and match numerous video formats with auto format conversion Integrated video, audio, RS-232 and IR distribution Cost effective extend all signals over industry standard UTP, Coax or Fiber Adaptive AV performance on a per source and per display basis Support HDMI 1.2, HDMI 1.3 and 3D with HDCP Power over UTP and Coax eliminates the need of power supply on the receivers. UTP: 200m/600feet per hop between any devices at any resolution Coax: 300m/900feet per hop between any devices at any resolution Multi-Mode Fiber: 500m/1500feet per hop between any devices at any resolution Single-Mode Fiber: 10km/30000feet per hop between any devices at any resolution Support 20 of daisy-chain receivers and distribution-amps at any resolution
